The Destiny Mastercard from Genesis Financial Services is one of the few unsecured credit card that does not charge any monthly fees (they just charge an gross annual fee) and permits you to get pre-approved first with no effect on your credit history. It is also one of the rare credit cards that allows you to use Moneygram to pay your bills and will approved those who have been discharged from bankruptcy. It's downside is that the starting borrowing limit of $300 would not increase so at best, this card should be considered a stop gap until you can get another unsecured credit card with a much higher credit limit.
Destiny Card terms
This Agreement contains the terms that govern the use of your Destiny Mastercard Account and outlines both your responsibilities and ours. Please read it in its entirety and keep it for your reference. In addition, any written application, acceptance certificate or other request you signed or perhaps submitted because of this Account (the “Application”), your Card and the Card Carrier that we send with your Card, and your signature (including any electronic or digital signature) on any Application, sales slip or other evidence of indebtedness on your Account, are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. This Agreement commences on the sooner of the date you sign or else submit an Application that is approved by us, or the first date that we extend credit to you on your Account, as evidenced with a signed sales slip or memorandum, a ADVANCE LOAN transaction, or otherwise.
Destiny credit card processing
Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars for charges you incur in any other currency. If you effect a transaction with your Card in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard”) will convert the charge into a U.S. Dollar amount. Mastercard will act in accordance with its operating regulations or conversion procedures in effect at the time that the transaction is processed. Currently, the currency conversion rate used by Mastercard to determine the transaction amount in U.S. Dollars for such transactions is mostly either a government mandated rate or a wholesale rate driven by Mastercard for the processing cycle in which the transaction is processed. The currency conversion rate utilized by Mastercard on the processing date may differ from the rate that could have been suited for the Purchase date or monthly Statement posting date. It will also assess a Foreign Currency Conversion Fee interest charge as described in the “How Interest Charges are Determined” section.

We may also discuss your account with a certified User and provide them with Account information. You can expect to be in charge of the Authorized User’s use of the Card and Account as well as anyone else they allow to use your Card or Account. This will be true although you may did not want, or agree to, the employment.

Does destiny credit card increase credit limit?
You cannot get a Destiny Card credit limit increase. Currently, the issuer doesn't accept requests for credit limit increases, nor does it offer them. That being said, you can use the Destiny Card to improve your credit score. This, in time, will qualify you for cards with higher credit limits.
